We’ve all heard of such cases before, but guess not everyone reads the memo.
Throwing litter from high-rise apartments or flats are strictly prohibited (there’s a reson garbage bins exist) due to a number of valid reasons, mainly hygiene and safety.
But for these men, their day nearly ended in a catasthropic one after a litter was thrown from a nearby residents window, believed to have occured at Apartment Putra Ria in Bangsar.
The unacceptable act has sparked outrage among viewers, with many labelling it as “backwards mentality” and endangering others. After all, there have been cases of individuals hurt, and even dead, due to being hit by litters.
