A car wash in Alor Setar reportedly caused major damages to a customer’s windscreen, which saw it shattering into pieces.

As shared by the vehicle’s frustrated owner, an upclose video showed just how extent the damages had been inflicted. 

The workers can be seen engaging in a serious discussion next to the vehicle.
