A woman named @masyitah_tahar recently shared on TikTok the horrifying discovery she made, which showed a kitten being locked up inside a room of a 14th floor flat.
Besides the owner leaving it without food or water, Masyitah had found the kitten standing precariously on a window sill that was purposely left opened.
The shocking sight was too much for her to bear, leading her and another neighbour on a mission to bring the poor kitten to safety.
It’s reported that the owner had committed similar negligence with other cats before, and Masyitah is planning on pressing charges against the individual soon.
