A recent case has highlighted their good nature, whereby a stray dog in distress was swiftly rescued by the wonderful heroes.
According to a heartwarming video shared on TikTok, the poor doggo had fallen into a drain nearby Petron Juasseh in Negeri Sembilan, resulting in injuries to its hind legs.
The JPJ officers happened to witness the incident, and quickly took rescuing matters into their own hands as they feared the dog’s wellbeing.
After several attempts, they managed to get hold of the dog and brought it to safety. It’s believed that it was given food and drinks later on.
Concerned viewers have lauded the officers’ efforts, and even urged those nearby to take the dog to a vet for further treatment.
