The answer to this is that during certain hours of the day, clean foldable bicycles are permitted on the train, and on weekends, both foldable and non-foldable bicycles are allowed. This also includes scooters. The question arises: regardless of whether it's allowed on the train or not, why didn't these cyclists board the coach designated for them? Why were they so ignorant in choosing the women's-only coach?
