“In This Weather?!” M’sians Divided After Tourist Claims The Country Isn’t “Walkable”

Agree or disagree?

A tourist recently took to TikTok to share a perspective of his that might just be deemed “divided” for us Malaysians.

In the video, he said that the country isn’t exactly “walkable” due to the lack of pedestrian walkways, an opinion of which has netizens ruling out a number of factors, one of them mainly being the weather.

Understandably, as Malaysia is hot and humid, this has forced the public to avoid sun exposure even early in the morning.

This sentiment was clearly evident in the comments section, with many Malaysians agreeing that walking and sweating don’t go well together.

I tend to walk everywhere and like to explore by foot The infrastructures are well developed, but not so much for the walkers Pedestrians are definitely at a disadvantage here #lovewalking #pedestrianlife #visitmalaysia #kualalumpurtrip #travelobservations
