For these girls, being culturally inclusive has warmed Malaysians’ hearts, following a video of them helping their non-Muslim bestie to wear hijab prior to entering a mosque.
Acting as bridesmaids, they initially waited outside thinking the “akad nikah” had ended- only to be told that the ceremony hasn’t commenced yet.
Out of panic, a spare shawl came in handy at the very last minute, as their non-Muslim friend expressed her keenness to witness the ceremony.
The result? Major slay!
