According to a sharing by @mybbychloe on TikTok, she had just parked her car at the condominium lot when she saw four stray dogs shivering with cold.
The heartbreaking sight was too much to bear, and she quickly took out some dog food that were kept inside her car- and fed the helpless dogs.
