A Form 2 female student at school was hit by a male classmate, who also threatened to rape her if she reported the incident to the teacher!

Upon learning about his daughter's ordeal at school, the father, despite the male classmate who made the rape threat having autism, chose not to compromise. He promptly reported the incident to the police and took his daughter to the hospital for an examination to ensure her emotional stability and prevent the development of trauma.

The father, Nazri, took to Facebook to highlight that the male classmate not only uttered threatening words but also engaged in physical aggression against his daughter.

Recalling the incident, he explained that his daughter and her friend were sitting in the school hallway when the male classmate continuously stared at them. When the girls questioned him, he shockingly asked if they wanted to be raped.

"In the evening, just before school ended, my daughter and her friend encountered the male classmate again. They warned him that they would report him to the teachers. In response, the male student threatened to rape my daughter if she reported him. My daughter used a mineral water bottle to strike his arm, and in return, he grabbed her head, shook it, and pulled her headscarf before running away."

Nazri mentioned that his daughter and her friend reported the incident to the teacher, but since the teacher did not witness the altercation, they only assured that the school administration would be informed.

He learned about the incident when picking up his daughter after school and decided to confront the male student involved.

"I stopped him, but he ran into the school. The teachers who saw him said this male student has autism. I asked them, does having autism mean he can do this without any consequences? Can he harass someone without facing any repercussions? This happened to my daughter, and they want me to remain silent? To wait until something happens before taking action? I'm sorry, but I'm not that kind of person."

Nazri stated that he took his daughter to the police station in Bukit Jelutong to file a report and to the University Malaya Medical Center for an examination.

"I am writing this post to raise awareness so that this kind of thing is not treated as a joke. Do not normalize these behaviors. If your child or family member faces such situations, stand up and seek help."

Police Statement: Suspect to be Summoned for Questioning

In response, Mohamed Iba, the head of the Shah Alam police district, stated that they would summon the suspect for questioning on the same day.

He confirmed that the police received the victim's complaint on December 15 at 2:02 pm.

"Investigations revealed that the victim is a Form Two female student at a government school here. She claimed to have been threatened with rape and physically assaulted by a Form Two male student she knows."

Mohamed Iba pointed out that the victim has received treatment at the University Malaya Medical Center.

He mentioned that the case would be investigated under the Child Sexual Offenses Act of 2017, and if proven guilty, the suspect could face a maximum of 20 years in prison or corporal punishment.
