A local entrepreneur, known on TikTok as @tikar_getah_damias, recently faced a concerning situation when a video sent by one of his female staff members revealed Shopee Express workers carelessly tossing parcels into a delivery truck.
This incident raised worries about the safety of customers' packages, prompting the staff member to capture the footage and send it to him, fearing direct confrontation.
In response, the entrepreneur decided to address the issue diplomatically. The next day, he personally met with the courier staff involved, a moment documented in another video shared on social media.
The Shopee Express staff member can be heard admitting fault and assuring him that such actions would not recur in the future.
